I wanted to thank you for the perfect hair cut you gave to Max. Max is only 6 months old and this was his first full groom. Even though it was clear we didn’t have a clue what to ask for, you were very patient with us and kept asking us different questions until you understood how we wanted him cut. We felt confident in leaving him with you and when we collected him, I’m not sure he was that bothered about coming home, he had really enjoyed the cuddles and attention you had given him, and he had the perfect “teddy bear” cut.
