Absolutely loved the atmosphere and the feeling of warmth from Cooper’s new groomer! Emma was fantastic with Cooper – this was only his second visit to a groomer and we didn’t have the best of experiences for his first time and Emma has shown us exactly what the grooming experience should be! She wanted to know lots of information about Cooper and us as a family so that she could put him at ease – he certainly seemed to have enjoyed his ‘spa’ session – thank you so much!! The unit where the salon is based is just fantastic and we loved the doggy play area ….. See you again soon
