I wanted to thank you for the perfect hair cut you gave to Max. Max is only 6 months old and this was his first full groom. Even though it was clear we didn't have a clue what to ask for, you were very patient with us and kept asking us different questions until you understood how we wanted him cut. We felt confident in leaving him with you and when we collected him, I'm not sure he was that bothered about coming home, he had really enjoyed the cuddles and attention you had given him, and he had the perfect "teddy bear" cut.

I cannot thank you ladies enough for the wonderful work you have done with both my dogs Sam and Bruce.

Sam my Shih-tzu is a nervous dog who can be aggressive when on a groomer's table and this has been a challenge for our family, when trying to find a regular dog groomer.

Well that was until he met Emma and her team just over a year ago. Emma has built up his trust and an amazing friendship which is clearly evident when he is groomed every six weeks.

Emma and her team have a truly amazing rapport with dogs and we would highly recommend her services.

Emma is the best!! Our big labradoodle, Bertie, has been visiting her every 6 weeks since he was 4 months old and he truly loves her!! She always gives 100%. Bertie always comes back looking and smelling beautiful ........ and extremely happy! He is never nervous at all going in to see her despite hating being brushed at home! The kisses Emma gets from him when he arrives there is the best review you could ask for!

Absolutely loved the atmosphere and the feeling of warmth from Cooper's new groomer! Emma was fantastic with Cooper - this was only his second visit to a groomer and we didn't have the best of experiences for his first time and Emma has shown us exactly what the grooming experience should be! She wanted to know lots of information about Cooper and us as a family so that she could put him at ease - he certainly seemed to have enjoyed his 'spa' session - thank you so much!! The unit where the salon is based is just fantastic and we loved the doggy play area ..... See you again soon

I took Betty to Rayners Groomers as a nervous dog who was getting herself in a real state each time I took her to her previous groomer - shaking and shivering uncontrollably! I had mentioned this to Emma and so it was lovely that when we arrived in her lovely unit for our first appointment, she really took the time to comfort Betty, even taking her out for a walk in the field and playing with her before she began!

Two hours later, Emma sent me a beautiful photo to say she was finished! Not only was her cut perfect, Betty seemed so happy and calm with a big fluffy, wagging tail. Thank you Emma and I'm looking forward to her next groom with you.

Took Bailey to see Emma today for her first ever groom. Emma took over two hours introducing Bailey to each equipment at her own pace. She really made no effort to rush or force my Bailey when she felt nervous.

Was really impressed all round and would feel completely confident leaving her on her own next time.

You can really tell Emma has a passion for her animals and really knows what she is doing and explained the why's and how's of the right cuts whilst giving me the final decision regardless

Would highly recommend and we have already booked for our next few visits throughout the year.
